You don’t need to know how to pose. You don’t need to “be photogenic.” Direction is built into the experience. I coach posture, facial expression, movement, and energy throughout the session so the final images feel natural, elevated, and intentional.

Wedding coverage is not about documenting a timeline.

It’s about preserving energy, connection, and the moments you won’t realize mattered until years later.

My approach is observant, intentional, and unobtrusive. I focus on real interactions, movement, and atmosphere — not forced poses or manufactured moments. When direction is needed, I step in confidently. When it’s not, I disappear.

This is calm, grounded coverage for couples who care more about meaning than spectacle.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Travel is available for both domestic and international weddings. Destination coverage is taken on a limited basis and requires advance planning to ensure the experience and quality of work remain uncompromised.

Travel fees vary based on location, dates, and scope of coverage and are quoted individually. Once details are confirmed, all logistics are handled professionally and transparently.

If you’re planning a wedding outside your home city and value intentional, grounded documentation, destination coverage is absolutely an option.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

I provide guidance on location selection, timing, wardrobe direction, and overall flow to ensure the session feels intentional and relaxed. You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed plan — part of my role is helping shape the experience so the session runs smoothly and the images feel cohesive and natural.

That said, this is a collaborative process. Clear communication and responsiveness are expected to make the most of the planning support provided

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, that time is removed from my availability.

Cancellations

• All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will require full payment of the session fee.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may require a new retainer.

• Multiple reschedules are not permitted.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Weather-dependent sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

• True emergencies will be handled with discretion, but communication is required.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Digital files are included. Prints and albums are available.

All sessions include professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery with personal usage rights.

Fine art prints and custom-designed albums are available as optional add-ons for clients who want their images experienced beyond a screen. These are produced through professional labs to ensure quality, longevity, and accurate color.

Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing is automatic. If you choose prints or an album, it’s because the work deserves it.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I focus solely on photography to ensure quality and presence aren’t divided. That said, I regularly collaborate with experienced videographers and can provide recommendations based on your needs, style, and scale of your event.

If you already have a videographer, I’m comfortable working alongside other professionals to ensure coverage is seamless and respectful of the day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Clients are welcome to suggest poses or specific shots, and I’ll consider them when they align with the flow and energy of the session. However, I direct posture, movement, and expression to ensure images feel natural, confident, and cohesive — not forced or staged.

The session works best when you trust the process, show up present, and let me guide the vision. That’s how we get the strongest, most authentic results.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we can connect before the session.

I’m happy to meet via phone or video call prior to the session to align on vision, expectations, and logistics. This ensures the shoot runs smoothly and feels intentional.

In-person meetings are not typically required and are reserved for weddings or larger-scale projects when appropriate.

Clear communication beforehand allows us to focus on creating strong work on the day of the session.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Final edited images are delivered within 3–5 business days for portrait and engagement sessions, and within 3–4 weeks for weddings.

Clients receive a secure online gallery with high-resolution downloads, ready for personal use and sharing.

Rush delivery may be available for select sessions at an additional fee, but standard turnaround ensures careful curation and consistent quality.
